Just got a call from this number a bit ago, with the 0141 dialling code again. Didn’t pick up and no message was left on the answerphone. I’m fed up with all these nuisance calls, why don’t Ofcom or the government sort this out? Got a call from someone claiming to be from the claims direct team, saying they’d been trying to reach me. When I said I was just reporting the call, they ended it straight away.

Got a call from some so-called accident claims line. I mentioned I’m on the Telephone Preference Service and then just ended the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from some dodgy number pretending there’d been an accident. The phone ID looked fake anyway, so blocking it probably won’t do much but I’ll give it a try. The bloke on the line couldn’t even say my name right. Told him where to go and hung up pretty quick.

Got a call super early today, someone claiming I had an accident ages ago. I straight up said that’s not true, and then the bloke tries to soften it by saying he wasn’t “being nasty, love!” Like, who calls me love when I don’t know them? It was a proper annoying call so I just hung up. Sounded like some call centre overseas from his accent - the number wasn’t even showing. Blocked it straight away.

They ring me every single day, it’s really annoying! Like honestly, sometimes as early as 8 in the morning, then again at 8.30 or 9, and when I pick up and say hello, no one’s there. I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent doing some survey. I told her to leave me alone and blocked her number afterwards. She’s tried ringing me a few times since, but I haven’t picked up.

So my phone buzzed and I said “hello” but there was nothing, just dead silence for like 5 seconds so I just ended the call. Someone I know who’s into ethical hacking told me it’s possible to get info from your phone just through a call. So I’m guessing that’s what this was about.
