Their website mentions something about a success fee depending on which expert from their panel they put you in contact with, and this fee goes straight to them. Apparently, their panel is made up of several law firms, which they list in their Terms & Conditions. The No Win, No Fee charges can change but usually fall somewhere between 25% and 50% plus VAT.
