This number rang me with a recorded message claiming my internet would be cut off in an hour due to a faulty modem. It then told me to press 1 if I wanted to get a replacement. I checked my Sky account and there’s no mention of any issues with my modem, which is under a year old anyway. They didn’t say my name at all during the call, so I’m pretty sure it’s just a scam. Fingers crossed they don’t try again.
