I recently received a rather strange automated phone call from this number, claiming that my broadband would be cut off imminently due to a faulty modem. The message instructed me to press 1 if I wished to order a new modem. However, after checking, there’s absolutely no mention of any modem issues on my Sky account, and to top it off, my modem is still under a year old! Fingers crossed they don’t ring me again. The fact that they didn't even bother to mention my name makes me suspect it’s just a scam. Quite dodgy, I must say!
