0141 674 8435 rang me and I thought hmm, 0141? Sounded a bit odd. The caller seemed to have a Chinese or Malaysian accent, which made me a bit suspicious straight away. Then I figured out it was probably a scam. So, I flipped the script on her, asked about someone she’d supposedly spoken to a couple weeks back and why she hadn’t heard anything for a fortnight. The moment she sensed I was on to her, she dashed off quick smart! I guess she’s onto some other poor soul now. Honestly, just gotta be quicker with your replies - my accent confused her big time, haha!
