Someone called about insulation and it’s not the first time either - they've rung me a few times before using the exact same opener, something like "Hi, I'm Jo and..." and it sounds totally robotic. When I questioned if it was a real person or just an automated message, it answered with "yes, my name is Jo", but as soon as I said I already had insulation, it just kept babbling over me, so I’m convinced it’s a machine.
