I received a dodgy message purporting to be from my bank, claiming there was some questionable activity on my account. Total scam! I've reported it and blocked the number!

Got a call this morning from a guy who said his name was Luke and he was some sort of local energy consultant. I just told him straight up he was wasting both our time and ended the call. I’m on the TPS list anyway, but didn’t even bother mentioning that to him ’cause I doubt it would’ve mattered to him one bit.

I get calls from this number like 4 or 5 times every day, pretty much without missing a day. Sometimes I answer but there’s never anyone there when I do. It’s really strange.

I didn’t recognise the number at all, and to be honest, I couldn’t make out what the person was saying. So, I just hung up straight away.

Got a call from them at about 8.04 this morning. Didn’t pick up and no voicemail was left, so I’m guessing it wasn’t anything urgent.

Got a ring from this number early Monday, like 8.31am. These scam calls just won’t quit, do they? Luckily, my phone blocks calls without a number or from automated systems, so at least that helps a bit. Still, it’s pretty frustrating. Is anyone actually trying to stop these calls?

Got a call from this odd number yesterday, but as soon as my answer machine kicked in, they just hung up. Didn't leave any message either. Seems like a typical scam to me.

Got calls from a number I don’t recognise, saying they’re from the bank. They told me there was a strange £300 charge on Amazon and to hit 1 to ring back. It’s been a robotic voice, and this has happened nearly every day for weeks now. Really annoying!

There was this bloke called Luke, said he was with local energy or something, but I’m not too sure. Ended up just muttering to himself down the phone. These calls are such a hassle... I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. Total scam, if you ask me!

Oh, it's that energy advisor bloke, Luke, once more. Best just to put the phone down straight away.
