Got a call from some bloke pretending to be from a car claims company. Told him straight up he was a scammer, and he started getting nasty. When I didn’t back down, he just slammed the phone down. Bet he’s fresh-faced, looks like he’s never left his mum’s side.

Somebody called claiming to be from a legal firm tied up with a Motor Insurance Bureau or something similar. They started asking about a car accident, wanting details about any damage to our vehicle or if anyone was hurt, and mentioned they might help with compensation claims. It all felt a bit fishy, and they weren’t very clear about who they really were.

Has anyone picked up when this number rings? I've seen a couple missed calls from it and I reckon it might be one of those robocall centres just checking if my number's live.
