Over the past week, I've been getting a phone call from this number daily. Each time, there's an annoying pause of roughly five seconds before I hear a recorded message. They claim to be from bank security, mentioning that there's been some dodgy activity amounting to £500 on my account. That's when I decided to end the call. The following day, they rang again, but this time the amount was different. For the last three calls, I’ve just hung up the moment I notice that familiar delay. This morning, I got a call from an 0208 number, and now I'm facing this same situation with this number again.
