I didn't even get a chance to pick up when this number called, always just hangs up or ends the call. After seeing what others said here, I’ve decided it’s best to just block it for good.

They always start with some nonsense about BT, but once you tell 'em you ain't with BT, they flip it on you, saying "it’s your network that's been hacked, just give us access to your PC and we’ll fix it." Mostly, they seem to be from India. I’ve wasted hours messing about with these clueless morons, often finishing with them dropping some racist rubbish before slamming the phone down. Having a laugh winding these muppets up never gets old.

I saw this number pop up on my caller ID after a missed call and decided to ring back to find out who it was. Funny thing is, the number they called me from isn’t even valid. This all happened right after someone claimed they were from BT and warned my phone line would be cut off. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam since I don’t even have a BT account.
