dont really know who this was, i picked up once and just ended the call quick. after thinking a bit i figure it could be some scam from south asia. probably cos of my indian accent i think he sussed i wasnt falling for it. ive blocked the number now.

She was trying to discuss our gas and electric charges, but there was so much noise in the background, it seemed like one of those call centres. It was really tough to catch what she was saying. Pretty obvious it was a scam tho, since we’re renting a place where all bills are covered and we never get separate utility bills!

Just got a call from this number. There was a lot of noise in the background so I couldn't catch everything, but I think the bloke claimed he was from my bank - mind, he never actually named the bank. I asked how he’d got hold of my number since it’s private and definitely not listed with them. He said it was on his system, but I told him that whoever's showing that is probably breaching data protection laws and I was going to report it. Then he just ended the call.

I got a call from this number, and it was some smooth-talking Asian guy pretending to be from my bank. He was asking for my account info, trying to trick me. Definitely not legit.

there was this really loud background noise, sounded like a hectic office or something. bit strange considering glasgow’s currently in tier 3 lockdown. i ended the call after a few seconds and blocked the number right away.
