Got a call from a bloke claiming there was some dodgy business with HMRC and warned me I'd get arrested if I didn’t sort it out straight away. Sounded fishy to me.

I got a ring from a lady with an Asian accent asking if I was Mrs something. I said yes, and mentioned my double-barrelled surname. Then she asked if I was Mr, and the moment I corrected her, she just hung up on me! Guess she wasn't expecting that answer, and obviously no instructions on how to handle it. Proper rude if you ask me!

Somebody called me saying they were Clara and wanted to chat about my phone number, assuring me I wouldn't get any sales or marketing calls. As soon as I mentioned I was registered with the telephone preference service, she just ended the call.

Got a random call claiming to be from some government anti-spam group, but I didn't ask for it! Felt a bit dodgy to me.
