11 yearsI tried to get a loan through these folks, but ended up going with someone else. Today, they called me out of the blue, saying they’d be taking £99 from my bank since I didn’t accept their loan. At no point when I first spoke to them did they mention any kind of fee like this. The guy on the phone was really rude and sounded like he was threatening me, basically saying they’d take the money no matter what. I’ve never been treated like that before.
