I put in for a loan with this company, but ended up securing one elsewhere. Today, I received a call from them, and to my shock, they informed me that they would be deducting £99 from my bank account. There was absolutely no mention of any so-called holding fee during my initial conversation with them. The chap who called me today was incredibly rude and quite threatening, implying that whether or not I accepted the loan, they'd still be taking my money. I've never experienced such unprofessional behaviour before. As our discussion concluded, he bluntly said I’d be charged and abruptly hung up on me. - Caller: Think Gordon.
