I recently got caught up in a dodgy O2 scam where someone bought an iPhone using my O2 account. It started with calls from three different numbers, all from Asian guys claiming to be from O2's fraud team. One of them sent me a QR code to return the phone, so I looked it up and found it linked to an address in London - which strangely was close to where another caller's number was registered. Since then, the same guy has phoned me about six more times, and every time I miss his call, the other two numbers ring me shortly after.
