When I mentioned that I wasn't fond of dodgy phone calls, he asked me how I'd figured that out. I simply replied "goodbye" and ended the conversation.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, but as I’m not a customer of theirs, it’s safe to assume it was just a nuisance call.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be from O2. I told them O2 only phones you once your contract's up and I'm from Manchester, so I guessed he was trying to pull a scam. Ended the call after that. Looking back, I was way too polite - shoulda just told him off straight away!

I ended the call with a cold caller, and they actually rang me back asking why I had hung up on them.

Got a call from some bloke who said his name was Jordan, which I’m pretty sure was a load of rubbish. Claimed he was ringing from MMS, whatever that is. When I asked him to clarify who he really was, he just went and hung up on me.
