Got a call from a bloke with a Liverpool accent claiming to be from ‘dcs’ about some claim. Told him to buzz off and then he rang back 4 more times, getting all rude and abusive. Ended up blocking him.

No idea who it was. When I asked, they said it was about a car crash I supposedly reported a while back, which I never did. They claimed it was a mistake with their system even though they used my first name. Mentioned they’d called a few times. They ended the call quickly. Honestly, I’d say don’t pick up if it rings.

It was dead silent after the pause, definitely a dropped call from a call centre. I've just blocked the number now.

Direct Contact Solutions claimed they got my info from my insurance after some damage to my car, but when I asked which accident or who the insurer was, they couldn’t say. They said they wanted to do a survey to see if I was satisfied with how my claim was handled. The minute I hinted they might be dodgy, they just cut the call.

Got a call from a place called dcs, they wouldn’t explain why they were ringing unless I told them who I was first. They said they’d ring me back later on.

I rang this number back and the person on the other end, who had a strong Liverpool accent, was really rude. When I asked what company they were from, they just kept asking why I was calling instead of answering. They wouldn’t say who they worked for and then accused me of being hostile, telling me to call back when I’m in a better mood! Absolutely cheeky! Sounds like idiots working for some dodgy company.
