Some bloke claimed he was from a call blocking company and told me my credit card was about to run out. He asked if I could update my info. Proper pushy guy, kept switching between Visa and Mastercard, then credit card to regular account stuff. I got totally lost with all the back and forth, and he just wouldnt ease up. In the end, I just ended the call.

Had a call from someone saying they were from BT Openreach, but I reckon it was one of those dodgy Indian scammers. The minute they started their usual chat, the line just went dead. Makes me wonder if some clever scambaiters might’ve interfered with their setup to stop them, since the Indian authorities don’t ever seem to do anything about it - probably because the higher-ups get paid off to ignore these scams.
