I received a call from someone who said they were from the technical team at BT Openreach. Unfortunately, the line quality was atrocious, which made it quite tricky to make sense of what they were saying. The heavy accent from the Indian subcontinent didn’t help matters, either. Before I could even ask for clarification, they suddenly hung up.
