I received a call from someone purporting to be with Virgin Media. I decided to end the conversation abruptly and reached out to Virgin Media directly. Interestingly, they had no trace of any outgoing calls to my number whatsoever.

I got a call from someone saying they were Virgin Media about a problem with my router. They didn’t give me any proof they were actually with Virgin, so I rang Virgin’s official tech support. They had no record of any call or issues linked to my phone number. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
