The caller was really rude and pushy, trying to force a sale. When they didn’t get their way, they started being agressive. It was awful to hear them speak like that, especially to my elderly mum. They made her feel scared with the way they were talking, which was really uncalled for. It was all about selling windows but the whole thing felt abusive and threatening, especially towards older folks.

Scottish Power called me once asking if I wanted to switch back to one of their deals. Sounded genuine but I was busy so couldn’t chat. Since then they’ve been ringing nearly every evening, sometimes as late as 8.30pm, which is pretty annoying.
