Looking at the comments, this scam’s been going round on this number for years.

Debt collectors ringing me non stop. Not exactly a scam, more like a firm that’s bought your debt from somewhere else. I get calls from loads of them - debt management companies and all, tied to my other debts. I’ve been through a rough patch with my health, so there’s no way I can clear all these unsecured debts right now. And it’s not like I haven’t paid heaps before either, loads in interest over the last 15 years, all on credit cards. Proper pain.

Someone rang trying to reach my missus, and when I asked why, he just said it was a "personal matter!" I told him not to speak to me like that and said he better not ring again. I reckon it’s about some old Nationwide account, and Zinc have probably snapped up the debt for a few quid and now want us to cough up £200 or so. Yeah, right!!! Blocked straight away!
