Just got a call from some automated voice saying her name was “Shirley” and claiming to be from my phone company (didn’t say which one though). She said my IP had been hacked in a few different countries and warned my internet would be cut off in a day or two. Asked me to press 1 for more details. Totally a scam, don’t fall for it!

I got a call from someone saying they were from my internet company. They told me my internet was being messed with by strangers and my ip address was being hacked or something. Then they asked me to wait on the line for an engineer. After that, the call turned into this weird buzzing sound. Definitely a scam, no doubt!

Got a call from someone claiming my IP address was compromised and they needed to fix it. They asked me to press some buttons to talk to a technician. I just hung up right away ’cause it sounded dodgy to me.
