Got a call from someone with an accent, saying they were from Carphone Warehouse. Started off with the typical "how are you today" but never used my name, which felt a bit off. I don't have anything to do with that company, so I instantly thought scam and have blocked the number now.

Got a call today from a number but when I picked up, there was nothing, complete silence. Tried looking up the digits afterwards but couldn’t find any info on it. Definitely feels like some kind of scam or spam to me!

So I got a call from some bloke called "Max" with an Asian accent, he kept calling me "mam" and claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I tried asking about the end date of my contract, he just dodged the question. Then when I asked him his name a couple of times, he just cut the call. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
