Got a call from someone claiming to be from "Sky" saying my broadband was going to be cut off. The lady on the phone had a strong Indian accent. When I questioned if she was aware she was part of a scam or if she honestly believed what she was saying, she just snapped back with, "Oh for god's sake, you mother#cker," then told me to "f¥ck off." Definitely not a professional!
