A bit uneasy as I rarely pick up calls from numbers I don’t know. When I do, if it’s a spam call they tend to hang up straight away. This time, a polite British lady said hello, so I replied with "hola" and then the call just dropped. Now I’m anxious they might’ve tricked me or gotten some private info. Heads up. Total scam artists. They claim to be from Energy. It’s actually an Indian call centre. They use a 0141 number to try and confuse you. Just take a look on YouTube, you’ll see exactly what I mean!

I've just received a rather pushy call from a salesman who was adamant about persuading me to change my energy provider. I attempted to convey that I'm quite satisfied with the fantastic deal I currently enjoy, but he was relentless. In the end, I found myself having to be rather curt just to get him to leave me alone.
