I questioned how they had my info when I’ve never been involved in any car crash. Then I informed them they were breaking data protection laws because I never gave permission for them to hold my details. I told them to erase everything they had on me and that I’d be reporting them. The bloke just said, “Alright, have a nice day” with no argument or swearing.
