Just got into my car and my phone rang. I picked up and the bloke asked if I was driving, then suddenly called me "dear dear" and ended the call right there! Weird!

This number just rang me up and when I picked up with a simple hello, there was nothing but silence. I tried saying hello again and finally got a foreign voice saying hello back. Then I said hello once more, and he just said "sorry wrong number" before hanging up. Over the past couple of weeks, I've had around 20 calls from numbers that look alike. I block each one but they keep switching numbers. I wanted to report them to the TPS, but without knowing the company behind it, I’m stuck.
