I played along for about 15 minutes to waste their time, and then told them I’d actually collided with a deer, figure-ing that wouldn’t count for any payout.

A bloke called Mark Wood, goes by the name Ranjit, called me about some crash. I was quite chuffed to learn that I could get some payout for my decapitation or whatever. Then he put me through to some other guy, Christopher Gray, also known as Sanjiv, who didn’t seem too keen. I got told I asked too many questions and now I’m apparently not going to get any compensation - honestly, it’s just spoiled my whole mood.
