I received a call concerning a road traffic incident that allegedly took place in the past couple of years, but the caller couldn’t specify any particulars about when or where it occurred. They seemed eager to help me claim compensation at no cost, but considering I’ve not been involved in any accidents, it was clear this was a con. I stayed on the line for a good quarter of an hour just to waste their time, and eventually spun a tale about colliding with a deer, fully aware that wouldn't meet the criteria for any payout.

A chap by the name of Mark Wood, who seems to go by Ranjit, gave me a ring regarding an unfortunate mishap I had. He was rather cheery about informing me that, following my rather brutal decapitation, I was eligible to pursue some compensation. However, he then handed me over to another bloke called Christopher Gray, who goes by Sanjiv. Now, this chap wasn’t quite as affable. It appears that I may have overstepped a bit with my inquiries, and alas, I’ve now been told that I’m not going to receive any compensation after all. Absolutely spoilt my day, it has!

I received a call from someone claiming to be inquiring about a recent accident. I informed him that I hadn't had any incidents lately, to which he responded that he was referring to accidents from the last couple of years. I expressed my confusion as I had no idea what he was on about. He merely replied, "I understand, I understand," before wishing me a pleasant day and hanging up.
