The pendant itself was supposedly free, but they wanted me to pay nearly £40 a month for the service. I mentioned that’s more than my current electricity bill! They tried hard to get my birthdate and other personal info. The company claimed to be located on Pall Street, London, and said I couldn’t call back as the number was only for outgoing sales calls.
