I've seen loads of numbers all beginning with 0141 489 06. Every time I look up 'who called me', it says Telnyx runs them. Already blocked the first couple, now these new ones ending in 46 and 32 are ringing again. Proper nasty people, honestly, they should feel ashamed. But I reckon if people knew better these scammers wouldn't get much chance - these awful firms are making a killing doing this.. it's really scary. If they’re calling through an international card, they're not actually in Glasgow, but if they really are local why can't we have these companies reported and taken to court?

Someone called saying it was about a PPI refund of around £2,500. They even told my mum her date of birth, which she recognised, and her postcode too. But then they began asking for her bank sort code to send the money, and that’s when she asked who they actually were. They hung up straight away... Definitely a scam trying to get people’s bank info to use fraudulently. BE CAREFUL! Total SCAMMERS!

I had a call on the 15th of March, 2022, from a gentleman with an Asian accent. He was repeatedly inquiring about someone by name. When I pressed him for details about his identity and the purpose of his call, hebecame evasive and abruptly ended the conversation. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
