I got a call from someone claiming to be Auto Assist from (0141) 769 0213. There was loads of noise in the background and it took me ages to realise he said ‘Auto’ Assist because he kept saying ‘otto’ instead. When I mentioned it to him, he got quite rude and bragged about speaking six languages. I told him English clearly isn’t one of them. Before I ended the call, I said if he really knows six languages, he should find a proper job instead of trying to con people.

This company keeps phoning me non-stop, even though I asked them to take me off their calling lists. When I try to talk to a manager, they just cut me off. I've sent them loads of emails asking them to stop and to respond to my complaint, making sure they’re addressed to Mr T.B, the CEO, but never heard back. I’m pretty sure they’re just trying to annoy me on purpose now. I can't believe what they’re doing is even allowed by law.

Auto Assist Glasgow keep calling me loads, saying they're based at 62 Bath Street. I've had calls from 0141 345 0910, 0141 345 2260, and even 01412971777 plus a bunch of other Glasgow-looking numbers. They're really pushy and rude, and kept telling me I'd be getting a cheque for anything between £1000 and £500.

There’s this company called Auto Assist in Glasgow, they’re cold calling and seem to be total scam artists. They try to get you to agree to fake insurance claims. If you keep messing with them, after a few minutes they spill the beans on what they’re really about.

So annoying and disrespectful company. Ive told them heaps of times to take me off their call list but they just ignore it. Never had an accident and they even get my name wrong when they call 😠🤬🤯😤

Got a call about some fake accident. They've called me loads of times even after I told them to stop. I even signed up for TPS but it made no difference. When I asked to talk to a manager, they just hung up on me. My tip: if they ring again, just humour them for a bit and then hang up when you're fed up.

Auto assist kept pushing me to file a claim. I said over and over again that I didn’t want to but they wouldn’t stop bugging me until I finally gave in. The claims company acted like I’d contacted them on purpose. I even tried to find the person who keeps ringing about this “claim” but turns out they’re not real.

For months now, Auto Assist keeps ringing from 0131, 0141 and other numbers. I've asked loads of times to take me off their list but still get calls. Asked them for their office address so I could visit and sort it in person, but they just cut me off. Proper frustrating.

i get these dodgy calls pretty much everyday. if you have a few mins just mess about with them. my usual thing is, oh you caught me just after my accident last month. brilliant, i’ve been hoping someone would ring. then just chuck some made up stuff at them. see how weird you can get. waste their time instead, they keep bugging me with these calls nonstop so might as well return the favour.

Got a call from an asian guy claiming I’d been in a little car crash, I told him no way but he just wouldn’t take it in, so I ended the call.

auto assist is a total accident claim scam. ive told them loads of times to take me off their list but they just wont stop ringing. ive even had calls from auto assist call centres in manchester, edinburgh and brighton. asked again to be taken off and the guy just laughed and hung up on me. why arent these muppets being stopped? nobody wants to be hassled every single day about accidents that never happened.

Someone said they were from auto assist, this was their 7th call. I told them to take my number off their list and the bloke told me to chill out. When I asked for his name or to speak to his manager, he refused. I said he was being really rude and he just said he didn’t care and that they’d keep calling me all day every day.
