This number rang me a couple times earlier today, but I was stuck in a meeting and couldn’t pick up. No clue who it might have been!

Got a missed call from this number. I called back and a guy with an Indian accent answered, saying “hello madam, this is about the accident you were involved in recently.” I said, “actually, that’s funny, I haven’t been in any accident!” and then he just ended the call. Blocked the number straight away.

I’ve been receiving calls from what claims to be Claims Direct, and honestly, it’s nothing but a nuisance. They clearly have no genuine intentions and seem to be nothing more than scammers. Sounds like a car accident claim scam. This bloke was telling me I’d been in an accident and it wasn’t my fault. When I said I hadn’t, he quickly switched to saying “oh, so it was your fault then.” I repeated that I’d had no accident and asked where they’d got my info from. He then asked if I’d received any claim offers yet, saying theirs were better. I just hung up and blocked the number. They tried ringing again but got no luck as it was blocked.

Car insurance scam alert. I asked them to remove my information and the guy got really mad, started yelling at me. I told him I’m recording the call and that I’ll report this to the cops. Then he just hung up. Blocked the number straight away.

Fraudsters! Someone with an Asian accent called me, saying there’d been a car crash I was involved in. Couldn't give me any specific info and tried to squeeze details from me. Then they handed me over to a supervisor with an English accent who quickly realised I was winding them up and got a bit irritated, saying they’d close my case. I told them to go ahead and never ring me again. Have blocked the number now.

some woman rang me asking about a car crash. i told her my number is blocked and unlisted now, so these calls are just harassment and i’m thinking about taking legal action against her and the firm. they called me today with fake details saying i’d been in an accident that wasn’t my fault! i’ve blocked the number and reported it to the tps.
