Someone rang saying they were from EE and that my sim card was getting updated. They asked me for my account info, which sounded dodgy. I ended the call and then phoned EE directly, who told me it was a scam.

Dont trust this number, these people are pretending to be from Vodafone but they're just scammers. They want you to hand over passcodes and details so they can get into your account. Never share any info with them, they just wanna hack you. Not real Colt Technology Services either.
