Told them off proper with some choice words and they hung up. Haven't heard from them since, which is a relief after getting calls every single day for like a month. Total scam, avoid!

Got a text from AIC saying I owe £19.37 to eBay, which is weird since I don’t have any debts with them. Sounds like a scam to me. I’ve blocked their number and reported the message as spam. Funny thing is, the 7276 number for reporting spam texts doesn’t actually work. Luckily, Google blocks these dodgy messages automatically anyway.

I keep getting calls every day from this number, but I’ve finally blocked it. Also, about every fortnight, I get a text that says: Hello ******, You have an outstanding EBay account balance of £41.64. Such a rubbish attempt at a scam, but I guess sadly some people might fall for it.
