Got a call from someone saying they were from BT, saying our internet speed was dropping every day according to their 'research'. I told her she was talking nonsense and we don’t even have BT for our broadband. She kept insisting, ‘Please hear me out, Ma’am!’ Honestly, that was a mistake. I snapped back, ‘No, you listen here! You’re just another annoying telemarketer and it’s really shameful what you’re doing!’ She ended the call there and then. I’ve blocked the number now.
