They say they're from LFS Claims and are reaching out to offer a free double-check on old PPI claims since banks apparently missed some bits. They don’t charge anything and don’t ask for bank details or dates, just send a letter to sign, then let you know in a few weeks. Sounds alright to me, could be worth it if they manage to find me some extra cash, I thought my last claim was all done for good!
