Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT saying my phone and internet would be cut off. They wanted my account number but I wouldn’t give it. I told them to just disconnect everything then, and they said I wouldn’t be reconnected for three months. I said alright, and then the person actually told me to f. off. Definitely not the best experience!
