Right from the start he was pretty rude and pushy, asking for stuff he clearly didn't have. When i asked for the name of the person he was after, he got his "supervisor" on the line. Received a call on the salon’s business line from some bloke claiming we’d chatted a couple of days back - we never discussed anything about a bus shop or whatever he was on about. He started getting a bit cheeky and then out of nowhere said he wanted to kiss me?? I told him I hoped the call was being recorded! Asked him for his reference number and guess what, he suddenly stopped with the kissing noises. Proper weird and totally not on!

Got a call from this number supposedly someone from the national grid. They said there was a complaint about our electric usage being too high. I didn’t share any info about our energy and told them to send an engineer if there actually was any issue. The guy didn’t like that & started shouting. The conversation ended badly with him hanging up and threatening to cut off power to a business that’s always paid its bills... quite frustrating!

Got a couple of calls from these lot at work this evening as well - they said they were from National Grid and wanted to discuss some reports about our electricity use. They even claimed our supplier (BG) is part of their company... yeah right! When I politely told the guy he was talking nonsense, he cheekily said I was being too clever for him, so I didn’t hold back and told him to piss off. The first bloke was called Patrick with a strong South-East Asian accent, and then his supposed manager Ian showed up, sounding just as dodgy. Absolute mug’s game!

Got a call from the same bloke today while I was at my shop. I hung up cause he was being rude and I was tied up, but then he rang twice more after that! All because I wouldn’t give him my landlord’s phone number. Totally a waste of time chatting with him, he just comes off as so arrogant and obnoxious.

Absolute nightmare this number keeps ringing non stop. We’re registered with the corporate TPS so these calls are definitely illegal. I counted 18 calls in just 12 minutes! When I finally picked up the bloke was rude and abusive, kept saying his name was Ali or something. Who’s behind this number? They really ought to be shut down, this kind of hassle drives me mad. I work at a post office inside a Co-op and today we kept getting calls from this number asking for the business owner. We told them there isn't an owner, we’re just employees of the Co-op. When we asked what's the call about, the person said he was with National Grid and accused us of using too much electricity. Then he got really nasty and aggressive. When we threatened to call the police, he started talking about sending the army after us and said they'd wait for us as we left work! Every time we ended the call, he’d ring straight back, which made it really tricky trying to help our customers.
