i've been getting loads of calls from 0141 2890727 and once got a voicemail with a woman yelling "hello hello," then silence for ages. when i tried ringing back, no one picked up. since it’s a glasgow number and feels dodgy, i’ve just gone ahead and blocked it on my phone.

Got a call from this number earlier, saying it was about an accident I'd supposedly been in. It started off with an automated message, then I got put through to a guy with an Indian accent who began explaining how much compensation I could claim, talking about thousands of pounds. Felt really dodgy to me.

This morning, our phone indicated a missed call from this number, but because we use BT call blocking and the number wasn’t saved in our contacts, the call never actually got through. They clearly didn’t identify themselves, so we couldn’t decide whether to answer. No voicemail or message was left either. Considering this and the other reviews, we’ve decided to block this number permanently.

got a call from a woman claiming to be from roadside help uk and she knew my name. i dont drive so i found it odd but didnt say anything. she kept pressing me to confirm my name but i wouldnt give it to her. then she said i was being difficult. when i told her she had the wrong person she just hung up on me. felt like a scam, even though she spoke with a british accent.

Got a call on my landline from a bloke who knew my name, said he was from some legal team about a small car accident iad or something. He was quite polite, sounding young. When I told him I hadn’t been involved, he asked if maybe someone else at home was. I said no one had, so he said they’d update their info. Not sure if they will though. I picked up 'cause the number was from Glasgow, thought it might be someone I know.

I encountered a rather peculiar situation with some individuals claiming to be involved in an automobile mishap. When I attempted to ask them a few questions, they were quite curt and swiftly ended the call. Quite the unusual experience!
