I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, saying there was an issue with my broadband causing it to slow down and eventually stop working completely. They said it needed fixing straight away. When I asked them to prove they worked for BT by giving me some details from their records, they refused. So I told them I'd get in touch with BT myself if I noticed any problems.
