I picked up the phone but stayed silent, thought it might be one of those annoying automated messages. Nothing on the other end, which is a bit disappointing since I usually have fun messing with them. Blocked the number, though I’m sure they’ll ring from elsewhere soon enough. Honestly, the government needs to do something to put an end to these calls, they’re such a pain all day long!

Got a call from DM Design saying I’d won a £1000 voucher for doing some survey I never did. They wanted to come round and give me a free quote for a kitchen or bedroom. I told them I don’t even own the house and he just ended the call. Makes you think if they’d actually show up, and why would a big company like DM Design do this? 😕 And honestly, would that £1000 voucher ever appear? 😂

Got a call from DM design claiming I’d won a voucher. I played it cool, saying sounds brilliant as I get loads of these calls every day. They asked which room I wanted work done on first and I said the loft. When they asked what I wanted to do with the loft, I said turning it into a nursery. The woman then asked if I lived alone or with kids and how many kids I had. I told her the nursery was for my cats and that I live alone with 40 cats. She just hung up on me! Proper funny!
