They’ve been on my case for a few weeks. First time I picked up, they tried to get me to renew some life insurance policy I don’t even have. Told them where to go and since then, they keep ringing every other day but hang up after just three rings. Barely any chance to pick up, even if I wanted to. Think I’m gonna have to use a call blocker soon!

One call claimed to be from BT using a London number, the other showed a Glasgow code and said it was Scottish Power. Did a bit of digging and found their call centre is based in Irvine, Scotland.
