They knew my name from the start but when I asked who was on the line, they just kept asking the same thing again and again. “Is that D?” I said, “Who’s speaking?” They said again, “Is that D?” I repeated, “Who’s this then?” They wouldn’t stop, just kept saying “Is that D?” Over and over. Then after I didn’t respond properly, they just hung up on me.
