I thought it was one of those annoying cold calls from pension companies, but actually they were checking some info. I gave the lad a bit of stick at first, but he said he was just following up on something I’d shown interest in a while ago. Totally forgot about that!

They rang me twice, once last Thursday and again just today. Was a bit annoyed and puzzled since they seemed to have all my info already. Had a quick chat with the caller who said they’re from ‘Midas Partners’. I told him I wasn’t too happy about the unexpected calls, but he said it wasn’t a cold call - they were just following up on some interest I supposedly showed online. Did a bit of digging and found out my missus had been looking up stuff about my old frozen pensions online. So, turns out they’re offering free pension reviews and all that. I’ll see where this goes!

I’m not chuffed at all since they managed to get hold of my mobile and even my landline, which I thought was ex-directory. Been trying to just block them out now.

They rang me back to back a couple of times today, even though I didn’t pick up and there’s just an answerphone there. Didn’t bother leaving any voicemail either.
