Got a call from some bloke asking about a car crash. I told him I don’t drive and haven’t been in one either as a passenger. He just chuckled and went, “This is a bit awkward,” then asked about my family. I said I live by myself, so that wouldn’t make sense either. Then he mentioned I was listed as “Mrs” which I said was wrong again. After that, he tried to arrange a meet-up saying he’d ring me later. I told him that was not on and definitely not acceptable, then hung up and blocked the number straight away! Definitely block it!

Some bloke rang up asking about a car crash, and I was like, "Are you from the police?" He said yeah. Total dodgy lot, so I blocked the number straight away.

I had to block this number since it kept ringing me constantly. Like others said, the caller tried calling me by name and mentioned some minor crash from last year. I told him he was talking nonsense because I had already looked up the number online and it seemed dodgy. Then he just hung up, pretty cheeky if you ask me.

Got a call from a bloke with a strange accent who knew my name. He was talking about a car accident supposedly in last two years that wasn’t my fault. When I asked how he was connected to it, he said someone gave him the info. I asked for my car’s make and registration but he claimed he didn’t have that info. Definitely a scammer calling from a Glasgow number, watch out for this one.

I got a call from some guy with an Indian accent asking for me specifically. I didn’t say yes or no, just asked who it was, and then they just dropped the call.
