This number kept ringing me while I was on my way back from school. When I finally answered, they asked how my gas was doing. I joked that it was running low. They said "Is it?" and I replied, "Yeah, now can you please stop calling me, scammer?" She snapped back, saying she wasn’t a scammer and I should actually pay attention. I just hung up and blocked the number.

I get that these companies want new customers but they should just send info by post so you can read it when you want or bin it properly. Got calls from a number in Glasgow, some call centre trying to sell gas and electric. They keep ringing from loads of different numbers so blocking them seems pointless. When I called back, there was a really rude woman on the end, I explained that we don’t deal with the energy providers as the landlord sorts it, and asked them to stop phoning. She just cut me off. Hopefully that’s the last we hear from them.
