In recent weeks, I've been inundated with calls from this number, where the individual on the other end keeps requesting to speak to a Mr. D'alphonso (I'm taking a wild guess at the spelling there). Despite my repeated assurances that no one by that name resides at this address, the calls have persisted. A couple of weeks back, I clearly informed the caller that if they continued to bombard us with these unwelcome calls, I would consider taking legal steps. They promised that my number would be scrubbed from their database and that the calls would cease. Yet, lo and behold, today at 2:00 PM, once again I found myself answering a call from this number, with the same request for Mr. D'alphonso. At that point, I absolutely lost my cool and expressed that I was fed up with these continual disturbances and that I'd now escalate the matter further.
