I've just received an absolutely dreadful call from this number! A Scottish lady on the line was excessively confrontational, practically bellowing that I owed money to a company I've never even set foot in. I tried to explain that I'd never engaged with them, but she kept shouting that my name, address, and phone number were linked to their records. She claimed they'd sent me letters and texts, insisting I had an outstanding debt that needed settling immediately. The whole exchange was so utterly distressing that I finally decided to hang up on her. I've contacted my husband, and he's taking it upon himself to call them and lodge a formal complaint about the harassment and the sheer rudeness I was subjected to.

I tried returning a call to find out who was on the other end, but they insisted on knowing my name first. I told them to cease contacting me, but they wouldn’t budge. They mentioned something about "recoveries," which has me thinking it might be debt-related. The thing is, I don’t owe anything at all!
