When I looked it up it says it's from Glasgow, but I know nobody there and have no connections to that area. Ive blocked the number but they still manage to leave messages. Got a voicemail from some Zinc Group lot claiming to be from Brighthouse and asking me to ring them back. I looked it up online and it says Zinc are some debt collectors and Brighthouse do hire purchase for stuff like appliances. Since I haven't bought anything on hire purchase, I've just blocked the number.

It appears this is a debt recovery firm. A while back, I had an outstanding balance of £589 with Satsuma Loans. It seems they’ve passed the debt over to this agency, which I believe goes by the name of Zinc Debts. I've noticed they're rather tenacious in their attempts, often ringing me up without leaving any voicemail, leading to what could be described as a rather frustrating silent call experience. I managed to get in touch with them on the phone, and I must admit, the operation does seem legitimate.
