When I answered, there was loads of background noise and it was hard to hear, but after I mentioned it, the noise suddenly got really quiet. The bloke on the phone said his name was Paul Starkie and promised to connect me with an advisor. He also gave me some company info - something like Simple Rectaims based in Manchester. Although he claimed to be in Manchester, the number he rang from has a Glasgow area code.
