Blimey, I've no idea who's on the other end, as they hang up after six rings. What a terribly sad state of affairs for these folks. It really feels like they're doing nothing but causing bother. They could use a bit of assistance, to say the least. They certainly aren't phoning from Glasgow; my guess is they're likely situated in Mumbai or somewhere similar!
